Due to the nature of our kits, we only accept refund returns subject to a 50% restocking fee up to 30 days from receipt of order regardless of opened or unopened condition.
All returns are at buyer’s expense.
Returns shipped in without an RMA will not be accepted.
We charge this as we must inspect and test any returns, in most cases resale is not possible due to potential cosmetic damage. If any damage is determined due to user error (intentional or otherwise), a refund will not be issued and purchaser must pay for return of goods if they wish to have it back.

Exchanges of goods only on those that are defective and must have an RMA for any return. Goods determined to have been damaged by user error cannot be accepted for exchange and If any damage is determined due to user error (intentional or otherwise), an exchange will not be issued and purchaser must pay for return of goods if they wish to have it back. We do not provide exchanges for user damaged components.
